What This Service Is
This private reference service is not part of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, Logan County Detention Center, Logan County Court of Justice, or Kentucky Department of Corrections. It holds no official jail roster, booking file, booking photo, court file, or state offender record. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a document with an agency or court.
The pages point to the county’s Current Inmates/JailTracker route, the sheriff’s written records process, Kentucky court resources, KOOL for state custody, and selected outside tools. Those links do not turn an outside result into an official Logan County record.
Acceptable Use

Kentucky Law Controls
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and a dispute must be brought in a Kentucky court with proper jurisdiction. The public-record links refer to the Kentucky Open Records Act, including KRS 61.872 and KRS 61.878. Those statutes govern requests and exemptions; these private terms do not promise that a custodian will release a record.
Severability
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms & Conditions remain in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
